I had a really wonderful experience at UBC with Charlene. I had already bought a dress online that didn’t work for me so I came to the shop a bit shell shocked. Charlene was really helpful and kind but was never pushy and never tried to sell me on any of the dresses. She simply suggested dresses that were similar to the ones I had already picked out. I ended up finding the dress that I loved and Charlene asked the dress maker to put it on rush so it would come in time to get alterations before my wedding. It came with plenty of weeks to spare! Charlene is a great communicator and made the buying/shipping process super simple giving me updates every step of the way. I was initially drawn to UBC because of their dress selection and price point but Charlene’s great customer service was the cherry on top. Thanks Charlene and the team at UBC!

Have bought my dress from Charlene and had an amazing experience! I initially messaged through Etsy and was delighted to find out there had a shop front for me to try on my dress before purchasing it! I was initially interested due to the reasonable pricing and then found a dress I absolutely fell in love with! She scheduled my appointment so quickly and was so great at my appointment and even arranged two appointments back to back for me and my friend so we could both try on dresses together both being newly engaged!

I have also booked my alterations in store and arranging to collect my dress was so easy and organising future alterations was seamless! Couldn’t be happier and have recommended them to a few friends also!
